I loved every bit of my shopping experience. Madison was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable of every product I asked her about. She was also very kind and personable with me and my family. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Kenneth was so knowledgeable. We were looking for information about fresh foods and he helped us make a decision. It's great to know we can try new things for our fur baby and if he doesn't like them, we can return them for donation to shelters and wildlife refuge.

Very helpful. Very kind. Very knowledgeable. Store was clean and impressive. I was told to go there because of my dogs sensitive skin, and they knew exactly what I was talking about and knew exactly what I needed! And Bronson loves his new food! I would highly recommend! I’m a customer for life now!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very fast service. I would recommend this store over any of the “big box“ pet stores any day! My dogs love the high quality rawhide retriever rolls that they carry (Wisconsin Brand)
